Picture This…

You have been working with your Buyers for 6 months.  They have seen many homes, but none were quite right. 

Today your Buyers find their “dream home”.  It has everything they want including the “WOW!” factor.  They love the property, BUT, the Seller’s asking price is $10,000 more than they wish to pay, AND, another Buyer is making an offer on this property.

Your Buyers are making a 20% down payment and they have been qualified for a 5.5% fully amortized 30 year loan. Can they afford to pay the additional $10,000?

You know this home would be perfect for them, and they are running out of time. What can you do to convince them to pay the additional $10,000?

After you have discussed the virtues of their “dream home”; and reminded them of how long they have looked, how many homes they have seen, how this home is perfect for their needs and how much they love this house; what else can you do to convince them to purchase this property?
